I manage some Blogger blogs including this one. I still use Blogger because Blogger that introduced me to blogging world in 2001. Of course, I have other blog that supported by other blog engine.
I ever wrote whist lists to Blogger because I see many bloggers were moving to WordPress.Com. What make them moving was WordPress.Com easy commenting system. In a wordpress blog, comment form directly appears below its corresponding post. It makes blog visitors are given simple and easy way to post their comments. In Blogger, we face the opposite situation. To leave a comment, we have to click a "leave a comment" or "post a comment" link. Imagine that we have to follow two steps only to post a comment.
First, from a blog homepage, we have to click comment link or click the post title to show visitors comment. This is OK because other blog engines have the same way. But, we have to do second step, that is click "post a comment" link to post our comments. Comment form does not appear directly below post (if there is no comment) or below comments (if there are comments posted by earlier visitors).
Comment form under post is badly needed. I expect that Blogger in draft will prioritize to provide that functionality before other tools. Jacky Supit has asked about that again on his post about new Blogger facility that Blogger in draft is still working on -- scheduled post.
OK, now let us talk about Blogger layout tool.
I went to one of my blog's dashboard and then opened Layout (Template > Page Elements). Usually, I found a scrolling bar on the very bottom of my blog template layout. But, since last night I did not find it. I thought that the error was on my template. But, just now, I faced that problem again. No scrolling bar so that I had to drag page elements on the very right side to other side if I wanted to edit that page elements.

Do you Blogger users experience the same problem with me? How to solve that problem? What code I have to add to my template code to reappear the scroll bar?
