Dax Shephard and Kristen Bell are engaged! The 35-year-old actor proposed to the Forgetting Sarah Marshall actress over the Christmas holidays.

The pair have been dating for two years and Bell debuted her shiny new engagement ring on the red carpet at the Grammy awards this weekend.

According to UsMagazine, Kristen's representative confirmed that the actor proposed over the Christmas holidays and Bell said yes.

Shephard has dated a series of high profile leading ladies including Kate Hudson, but has obviously found his match in Kristen.

She recently said: "There is almost nothing, barring a natural disaster, that I would let eat into my time at home, playing Scrabble with Dax or talking to my girlfriends."
