I can't handle it anymore. INDOSATs signal looses every evening starting from 7 pm to 8 pm. I think that INDOSAT does it in purpose. Turning off its signal every evening is INDOSATs scheduled avtivity.
Tomorrow I will tell INDOSATs Customer Service to stop my Blackberry Internet Service subscription. Of course I will try XL first. If it has good and stable signal, I will subscribe to Xl Blackberry Internet Service.
I am truly in doubt to chose which operator. INDOSAT is proven to has unstable signal. Normally, I always get three bars with GPRS. But, every evening the signal turns to a SOS signal. On such that situation your sophisticated handheld means nothing. You can make no call, no sms, no email, no internet activity. Your pals, family and other people can make no call and sms too. They still are able to write you email but it will be pushed to your handheld when the signal comes back.
On the competing side, XL is complained by its subscribers to have bad service too. In id-blackberry mailing list, complaints to XL dominates the mail traffic. Many people said that XL was doing its network enhancing so that in some area network outage present. But, other customer told that after XL announce its 0.000000...1 tariff, network quality started to diminish. I face a difficult situation. Therefore I must try a XL prepaid card to monitor its signal stability. Migrating to XL without trying its network quality will lead to a regret. I do not want to fall in to deeper pain.
Wake up INDOSAT guy! In Citra Raya, Tangerang, you have bad BTS.
